Two numbers answer different questions

The 48,42 and 84 declarations count products in the selected packs. The 7–14 kg or 9–14 kg statements describe the source’s size-range field, not the weight of the package or the amount of absorbent material. Neither number establishes a fixed number of days of use.

Do not calculate consumption from a label

A pack title such as Jumbo is not a standard universal count. A similarly named pack at another retailer may contain a different amount. The local calculator therefore uses the exact selected piece count rather than treating every jumbo pack as 84 or every size 4 pack as 48.

Keep a mixed basket limited

Adding 174 pieces across the three selected offers describes that example basket only. It does not prove those products are all suitable replacements for one another. Held stock should count as matching only when it meets the buyer’s already chosen product/version requirement.

Choose a clear stock basis

Use whole matching packs or declared matching pieces for a stock target. The tool does not ask how often a child needs changing, divide by an assumed daily rate or predict when a pack will run out. A useful purchase calculation can remain explicit without becoming an individual care schedule.

Apply it to the selected purchase

A mixed basket containing 174 pieces may be a useful receipt-style description, but it cannot establish 174 interchangeable changes. The buyer’s matching-product requirement remains part of the stock calculation.
